Hello my loves!! And (almost) welcome to the Chinese New Year!
How are we celebrating / observing this transition? I've been cleaning, clearing and finalising all the very many things to be ready for tomorrow's New Year Party in the Studio. I've been busy being "that white lady" in the Asian grocery stores near me stocking up on red envelopes and crysthanthemum tea (that is the hardest word to spell!)
I have locked Jess Hewett from Nuwa Natural Health in for hopefully a late Feb Stab Club class. She was the woman I mentioned in our Xmas chat. Can I have your preferences please. Friday afternoon? We could also do a week day morning? Monday Tuesday Thursday? Trying a few other options instead of our usual late nights (for us QLDer's!) Let me know below!

I met Jess at Kirsten's NLP course! Would love for some more insight into her herbal knowledge! I'm starting to delve more into the wonderful world of herbs and would love more info to support my peri and hormonal ladies so any info from you and anyone else would be great!!
Hi loves, Happy Year of the Fire Horse. I was met by a small tree python at my front gate last night. Clearly, I did not do enough sweeping prior to the CNY. I can make Monday mornings work (but can't do next Monday) - can do from the 9th. x

I didn't think next week would work being a public holiday. Jess is down with a virus, she'll definitely be in ,in the next month, but on the 9th we'll have a New Year debrief (pleeeeease can we be done with the shedding! 🤣🫠) A chat on herbs, supplements and a Peri- Class Q and A .
